We are in need of a System Administrator to service our growing list of clients. The right candidate will have strong knowledge of LAMP-stack technologies, and working experience with technologies that make larger-size Drupal sites perform well, including Pressflow, Varnish, Memcache, APC, and CDN solutions. It's also important to be comfortable with the setup, configuration, and use of tools such as Git and Drush.
Responsibilities include setting up technical infrastructures for new clients (including multi-server and load balanced environments), providing technical assistance to development teams, monitoring site performance, and troubleshooting server issues as they arise. A minimum of 3 years experience as a system administrator is required, and 1-2 years experience with the Drupal platform is preferred.
Candidates can live anywhere in the United States, and all work can be done remotely. We value those who are self-starters, enthusiastic, good communicators, and have a positive outlook. Our goal is always to build long-term relationships, and we're interested in finding an administrator that would like to work with us on a regular basis.
